i followed the instructions on the tutorial but when i press connect on the widget it always asks me for sub key i checked my email everything i didn't received any key at all
You must be blind then. Check top right of the forums main page where your account details are shown literally says Sub Key: Your Key Then you just copy/paste it on the prompt when you hit the connect button in the Discord widget.
It's showed on the forums home page only when you open https://leaguecrack.io take a look at the right side below your user panel data.
